Постановка задачі топологічної оптимізації механічних конструкцій з урахуванням обмежень на міцність

Abstract

Мета доповіді полягає у розвитку наукових основ теорії топологічної оптимізації конструкцій у частині розв’язання складних задач оптимізації механічних конструкцій. Математичне програмування й математичне моделювання використані, як інструменти постановки задач топологічної оптимізації механічних. Виконано огляд і аналіз сучасного стану теорії топологічної оптимізації конструкцій. Наведено класичну варіаційну та скінченно-елементну постановки задач топологічної оптимізації. Розглянуто ідею та особливості реалізації SIMP-методу для їх розв’язання. Виконано постановку задачі топологічної оптимізації у вигляді мінімізації маси конструкції з урахуванням обмежень на напруження

The purpose of the report is to develop the scientific foundations of the theory of topological optimization of structures in terms of solving complex problems of optimization of mechanical structures. Mathematical programming and mathematical modeling are used as tools for setting problems of mechanical topological optimization. A review and analysis of the current state of the theory of topological optimization of structures was performed. Classical variational and finite-element formulations of topological optimization problems are given. The idea and features of implementing the SIMP method for their solution are considered. The formulation of the problem of topological optimization in the form of minimizing the mass of the structure, taking into account stress restrictions, has been carried out
