Епістемологія пам’яті

Abstract

У сучасній науці існує кілька підходів до класифікації видів пам’яті, з яких найпоширенішим є поділ пам’яті на декларативну і недекларативну. Інші класифікації пам’яті базуються на тривалості: як-от короткочасна пам’ять характеризується певним обмеженням, оскільки отримує інформацію від ультракороткої пам’яті; довготривала пам’ять, отримуючи інформацію від короткотривалої, не обмежується терміном. Загалом, пам’ять безпосередньо стосується епістемології, тобто процесу вивчення чогось якимись способами, тому тут виникає багато суміжних питань, пов’язаних із співвідношенням нативізму й емпіризму, тобто того, що закладено у нас апріорно і того, що ми здобуваємо у процесі життєдіяльності.

The modern science possesses several approaches to the classification of modes of memory. The most popular one is the division into declarative and non-declarative. Other types of classification are based on its duration, e.g. short-termed memory is characterized by certain restrictions, as well as it obtains information from ultrashort memory; long-termed memory obtains information from short-termed one, is not time-limited. Generally, memory is linked to epistemology, i.e. to the process of studying by various methods. This is why many questions arises here which are linked to the correlation of nativism and empiricism, or what is inborn in us and what we acquire in the process of activity.
