Напрями удосконалення управління розвитком дизайну будівельної галузі в умовах вступу України до ЄС у повоєнний період

Abstract

Досліджено проблематику удосконалення управління розвитком дизайну будівельної галузі України в умовах євроінтеграції та повоєнного відновлення. Актуальність теми зумовлена тим, що війною практично зруйновано виробничу та сервісну інфраструктури, житловий фонд та комунальне господарство, що зумовлює нагальну потребу в оновленні матеріально-технічної бази та формуванні нових будівельних організацій. Це оновлення має відбуватися з урахуванням новітніх європейських естетичних вимог та принципів, що суттєво посилює своєчасність проблематики удосконалення управління дизайном. Проведено аналіз наукових праць вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців з проблем управління, дизайну та економіки. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах зруйнованої інфраструктури необхідне оновлення матеріально-технічної бази будівельних організацій з урахуванням новітніх європейських естетичних вимог та принципів. Розглянуто основні аспекти управління дизайном, що застосовуються у будівельній галузі, які охоплюють архітектурно- естетичні, ергономічні, функціональні та екологічні вимоги. Згруповано основні напрями удосконалення управління, які включають створення ефективної системи управління якістю відповідно до європейських стандартів, інтеграцію екологічного та сталого дизайну, а також упровадження сучасних ІТ-технологій, розвиток професійних компетентностей спеціалістів у сфері дизайн-менеджменту та архітектурного дизайну відповідно до міжнародних вимог, розроблення стратегій співпраці між державним сектором, будівельними компаніями та дизайн-студіями для створення цілісного естетичного середовища, включаючи урбаністичний дизайн та благоустрій. Окремо визначено необхідність розвитку та модернізації сфери благоустрою, оскільки недостатня кількість спеціалізованих підприємств свідчить про необхідність розвитку цього напряму згідно з європейськими принципами функціональності, екологічності та естетики. Таким чином, обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення управління розвитком дизайну будівельної галузі України, особливо у сфері благоустрою, на основі імплементації європейських стандартів. Перспективою подальших досліджень є розроблення конкретних механізмів та інструментів для реалізації визначених напрямів.

The article investigates the issues of improving design development management in the Ukrainian construction industry within the context of European integration and post-war reconstruction. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that the war has virtually destroyed the production and service infrastructure, housing stock, and communal facilities, which necessitates an urgent need to update the material and technical base and form new construction organizations. This renewal must take place considering the latest European aesthetic requirements and principles, which significantly enhance the timeliness of the issue of improving design management. An analysis of the scientific works of domestic and foreign scholars on management, design, and economics was conducted. It is substantiated that, given the destruction of infrastructure, updating the material and technical base of construction organizations is necessary, considering the latest European aesthetic requirements and principles. The article examines the key aspects of Design Management applied in the construction sector, which cover architectural, aesthetic, ergonomic, functional, and ecological requirements. The main directions for management improvement are grouped, including: creating an effective quality management system in accordance with European standards; integrating ecological and sustainable design; implementing modern IT technologies (specifically, BIM modeling); developing professional competencies of specialists in design management and architectural design in line with international requirements; and developing cooperation strategies between the public sector, construction companies, and design studios to create a holistic aesthetic environment, including urban design and landscaping/beautification. The necessity of developing and modernizing the landscaping/beautification sector is specifically highlighted, as the insufficient number of specialized enterprises indicates the need to develop this area according to European principles of functionality, ecology, and aesthetics. Thus, the necessity of improving the design development management in the Ukrainian construction industry, particularly in the sphere of landscaping/beautification, based on the implementation of European standards, is substantiated. The perspective for further research is the development of specific mechanisms and tools for implementing the identified directions.
