Теоретико-методичні засади спеціалізації аграрних підприємств з урахуванням сучасних викликів

Abstract

Присвячено теоретичному та методичному обґрунтуванню спеціалізації аграрних підприємств в умовах сучасних викликів. Дослідження галузевої структури сільськогосподарських підприємств України виявило стабільне скорочення частки тваринництва у валовому аграрному виробництві та збільшення частки рослинництва протягом усього періоду незалежності. Розкрито сутність спеціалізації як концентрації виробництва на окремих видах продукції з метою підвищення ефективності та раціонального використання ресурсів. До переваг спеціалізованих господарств віднесено стабільні зв’язки з партнерами, оптимізація ресурсів та спрощення виробничих процесів. Визначено три сучасні тенденції спеціалізації аграрних підприємств: 1) багатогалузева спеціалізація з розвитком супутніх напрямків; 2) вузькопрофільне виробництво з повним циклом і кооперацією; 3) комбіноване виробництво з поєднанням основних і допоміжних галузей. Надано авторське визначення спеціалізації як стратегічного вибору напряму виробництва, що базується на ефективному використанні ресурсів з метою досягнення максимальної конкурентоспроможності та сталого розвитку в умовах мінливого зовнішнього середовища. Запропоновано принципи спеціалізації (економічна доціль- ність, ресурсомісткість, концентрація виробництва тощо) та обґрунтовано необхідність розмежування її видів і форм. Наголошено, що види спеціалізації відображають виробничі особливості, тоді як форми – напрямки концентрації діяльності підприємств на певних видах сільськогосподарського виробництва. Запропо- новано оцінювання спеціалізації здійснювати за трьома групами показників: напряму виробництва, рівня спеціалізації та її економічної ефективності. Рекомендовано використовувати структуру товарної продукції за постійними цінами для об’єктивності визначення рівня спеціалізації. Сформовано причинно-наслідкові зв’язки між ключовими поняттями, пов’язаними зі спеціалізацією. Доведено доцільність поєднання галузей задля оптимального використання земельних ресурсів. Зроблено висновок, що розвиток спеціалізації відбувається в діалектичному поєднанні інтеграції й концентрації, а її удосконалення має знижувати ризики та підвищувати фінансову стійкість підприємств. Серед сучасних викликів, що впливають на рівень спеціалізації аграрних господарств, відзначено зміну клімату, військові дії та необхідність орієнтації на сталий розвиток.

The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the specialization of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of modern challenges. The study of the sectoral structure of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine revealed a stable reduction in the share of livestock farming in gross agricultural production and an increase in the share of crop production throughout the period of independence. The essence of specialization is revealed through the concentration of production on specific types of products, aiming to increase efficiency and the rational use of resources. The advantages of specialized farms include stable partnerships, optimized resource utilization, and simplified production processes. Three modern trends in the specialization of agricultural enterprises are identified: 1) multi-sector specialization with the development of related areas; 2) narrow-profile production with a full cycle and cooperation; 3) combined production with a combination of main and auxiliary industries. The authorʼs definition of specialization is provided as a strategic choice of the direction of production, based on the effective use of resources in order to achieve maximum competitiveness and sustainable development in a changing external environment. The principles of specialization (economic feasibility, resource intensity, concentration of production, etc.) are proposed, and the need to distinguish their types and forms is substantiated. It is emphasized that the types of specialization reflect production features, while the forms are the directions of concentration of enterprisesʼ activities in certain types of agricultural production. It is proposed to assess specialization according to three groups of indicators: direction of production, level of specialization and its economic efficiency. It is recommended to use the structure of commodity products at constant prices for the objective determination of the level of specialization. Cause-and-effect relationships between key concepts related to specialization are formed. The expediency of combining industries for optimal use of land resources is proven. It is concluded that the development of specialization occurs in a dialectical combination of integration and concentration, and its improvement should reduce risks and increase the financial stability of enterprises. Among the modern challenges affecting the level of specialization of agricultural enterprises, climate change, military operations and the need to focus on sustainable development are noted.
