Удосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму управління євроінтеграційними процесами вітчизняних підприємств

Abstract

Україна, як молода незалежна держава, яка виборює демократичні цінності на шляху до євроінтеграції, зазнає трансформаційні переходи від колишніх методів управлінських процесів до сучасних концепцій управління на всіх рівнях влади. Застосування сучасних як наукових, так і практичних методів європейської концепції управління, особливо на рівні підприємства як найменшої ланки економічних процесів, є, на нашу думку, надзвичайно важливим аспектом. Військова інтервенція російської федерації, на нашу думку, суттєво пришвидшила всі євроінтеграційні процеси на всіх рівнях, від підприємства до верхніх вертикалей влади. У статті запропоновано модель удосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму управління євроінтеграційними процесами вітчизняних підприємств. Дана модель дозволить узгодити трансформаційні переходи підприємств національної економіки згідно зі стандартами та вимогами європейських інституцій, відповідальних за дотримання та упровадження євростандартів вітчизняних підприємств. Запропонована організаційно-економічна модель містить та узгоджує такі аспекти: нормативно-правова складова євроінтеграційних процесів національної економіки(ЄІПНЕ); фінансова складова; економіко-соціальна складова. Запропонована модель удосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму управління євроінтегра- ційними процесами національних підприємств має блок щодо аналізу та узгодження потенціалу підприємства щодо запровадження стандартів ЄІПНЕ через такі компоненти, як діагностику імплементації всіх складових ЄІПНЕ шляхом лібералізації торгівлі з ЄС; цифровізацію фінансово-економічних потоків. Для адаптації пропонованої моделі до практичної реалізації на конкретному підприємстві національної економіки на другому етапі моделі запропоновано вибір моделі управління процесами євроінтеграції національних підприємств шляхом розроблення конкретної програми, що враховує специфіку діяльності конкретного підприємства чи компанії для адаптації та практичної реалізації пропонованої програми. На третьому етапі розробленої моделі запропоновано реалізацію складових організаційно-економічного механізму євроінтеграційних процесів для підприємств національної економіки. На четвертому етапі розробленої моделі пропонуємо створити дієвий механізм контролінгу та моніторингу за імплементацією реформ щодо євроінтеграційних процесів для підприємств національної економіки.. Якісне та вчасне виконання вимог європейських інституцій, відповідальних за євроінтеграційні процеси для національних підприємств у сучасних реаліях, є надзвичайно важливим завданням і частково вирішенням безпекової складової для національної економіки.

Ukraine, as a young independent state that chooses democratic values on the way to European integration, is undergoing transformational transitions from former methods of management processes to modern concepts of management at all levels of government. The application of modern both scientific and practical methods of the European management concept, especially at the enterprise level, as the smallest link of economic processes, is, in our opinion, an extremely important aspect. In our opinion, the military intervention of the Russian Federation significantly accelerated all European integration processes at all levels, from the enterprise to the upper verticals of the government. The article proposes a model for improving the organizational and economic management mechanism of European integration processes of domestic enterprises. This model will make it possible to coordinate transformational transitions of enterprises of the national economy according to the standards and requirements of European institutions responsible for compliance and implementation of Euro standards of domestic enterprises. The proposed organizational and economic model contains and coordinates the following aspects: the regulatory and legal component of European integration processes of the national economy (EIPNE); the financial component; the economic and social component. The proposed model for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the European integration processes of national enterprises has a block on the analysis and coordination of the companyʼs potential for the introduction of EIPNE standards through such components as the diagnosis of the implementation of all components of EIPNE through the liberalization of trade with the EU; digitization of financial and economic flows. In order to adapt the proposed model to practical implementation at a specific enterprise of the national economy, at the second stage of the model, the selection of a model for managing the European integration processes of national enterprises by developing a specific program that takes into account the specifics of the activity of a particular enterprise or company for adaptation and practical implementation of the proposed program is proposed. At the third stage of the model developed by us, the implementation of the components of the organizational and economic mechanism of European integration processes is proposed. For enterprises of the national economy. At the fourth stage of the developed model, it is proposed to create an effective mechanism for controlling and monitoring the implementation of reforms regarding European integration processes for enterprises of the national economy. High-quality and timely fulfillment of the requirements of European institutions responsible for European integration processes for national enterprises in modern realities is an extremely important task and partly a solution security component for the national economy.
