Економіко-математичне моделювання впливу інтегрального показника формування та використання інтелектуальної економічної системи на узагальнюючий чинник розвитку будівельних підприємств

Abstract

Доведено актуальність теми дослідження щодо економіко-математичного моделювання впливу інтегрального показника формування та використання інтелектуальної економічної системи (ІЕС) на узагальнюючий чинник розвитку будівельних підприємств. Визначено, що економіко-математичний інструментарій є важливим інноваційним чинником, який дозволяє сформувати кількісну основу для побудови інтелектуальної економічної системи. Досягнуто мету дослідження відносно встановлення причинно-наслідкових зв’язків між інтегральними показниками ІЕС й розвитком будівельних підприємств на основі економіко- математичного моделювання. У рамках дослідження вирішено завдання: оцінювання розвитку будівельних підприємств; визначення інтегрального показника; визначення напрямів та особливостей економіко-математичного моделювання впливу інтегрального показника на узагальнюючий чинник розвитку будівельних підприємств. Запропоновано теоретико-методологічну платформу формування та використання інтелектуальної економічної системи. Систематизовано теоретичні положення та запропоновано визначення ІЕС будівельних підприємств. Запропоновано теоретико-методологічний підхід до оцінювання розвитку будівельних підприємств, який базується на застосуванні кількісних і якісних методів, характеризується економічними, інноваційно-інвестиційними, соціальними, чинниками корпоративного управління, використання людського капіталу, брендовими і показниками, що характеризують потенціал будівельних підприємств та надає можливості отримати інтегральну оцінку для прогнозування змін напрямів розвитку суб’єктів господарювання будівельної сфери. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до встановлення причинно-наслідкових зв’язків між інтегральним показником розвитку будівельних підприємств і узагальнюючим чинником формування й використання інтелектуальної економічної системи, який базується на застосуванні інструментарію економіко-математичного моделювання, що дозволило сформувати кількісну основу прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень.

The relevance of the research topic regarding the economic-mathematical modeling of the influence of the integral indicator of the formation and use of the intelligent economic system (IES) on the generalizing factor of the development of construction enterprises is proven. It was determined that the economic- mathematical toolkit is an important innovative factor that allows the forming of a quantitative basis for building an intellectual economic system. The goal of the study was achieved in relation to the establishment of cause-and- effect relationships between the integral indicators of the IES and the development of construction enterprises based on economic and mathematical modeling. As part of the research, the following tasks were solved: assessment of the development of construction enterprises; definition of an integral indicator; determination of directions and features of economic-mathematical modeling of the influence of an integral indicator on the generalizing factor of the development of construction enterprises. A theoretical and methodological platform for the formation and use of an intelligent economic system is proposed. Theoretical provisions are systematized and the definition of IES of construction enterprises is proposed. A theoretical-methodological approach to the assessment of the development of construction enterprises is proposed, which is based on the application of quantitative and qualitative methods, and is characterized by economic, innovation-investment, social, corporate management factors, the use of human capital, brand and indicators characterizing the potential of construction enterprises and provides opportunities to obtain integral assessment for forecasting changes in the directions of development of business entities in the construction sector. A scientific-methodical approach to establishing cause- and-effect relationships between the integral indicator of the development of construction enterprises and the generalizing factor of the formation and use of the intellectual economic system was developed, which is based on the application of economic-mathematical modeling tools, which made it possible to form a quantitative basis for making informed management decisions.
