The object of research is the development of a strategy for the implementation of a comprehensive product quality management system based on innivations. The aim of the work is to develop innovative approaches to the product quality management system at this enterprise. Research methods – economic-mathematical, statistical, trend forecasting, historical-economic, technical-economic A package of information resources required for innovative approaches to the development of a strategy for the implementation of a comprehensive product quality management system on the example of LLC "Corporation VATRA", an analysis of production and economic activities of the enterprise. The dynamics of changes in losses from marriage was also carried out, alternative options for improving the quality of products were considered.
