Метою роботи є формування теоретичних підходів і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо напрямків підвищення ефективності операційної системи ТДВ «Булат». Методи дослідження: методи системного підходу, аналізу, синтезу, порівняння, деталізації. Досліджено теоретичні основи ефективності операційної системи підприємства. Проведено дослідження ефективності існуючої операційної системи ТДВ «Булат» та визначено напрями підвищення її ефективності. Результати роботи можуть бути впроваджені у практичній діяльності ТДВ «Булат». Ключові слова: операційна система підприємства, управління операційною системою, ефективність операційної системи.

The Оbject of Investigation is the process of functioning of the operating system of ALC «Bulat». The Aim of the Work is to formulate theoretical approaches and develop practical recommendations on the directions of increasing the efficiency of the operating system of ALC «Bulat». The Methods of Investigation: methods of system approach, analysis, synthesis, comparison, detailing. The theoretical bases of the operational system of the enterprise are investigated. The research of efficiency of the existing operating system of ALC «Bulat» was conducted and directions of its efficiency improvement were determined. The results of the work can be implemented in the practical activities of ALC «Bulat».
