Abstract

Важкопрогнозованість та зростаюча непередбачуваність подальших напрямків та варіантів розвитку світу зумовлюють необхідність поглибленого вивчення та детального аналізу всього комплексу концептуальних змін, що відбуваються сьогодні в рамках світового економічного простору. Варто відзначити появу кардинально нових тенденцій, що спостерігаються на сьогоднішні у світі в рамках визначення перспектив подальшого світогосподарського розвитку. Внаслідок цього сьогодні як ніколи гостро постає проблема вибору шляхів і форм його майбутнього існування. В свою чергу, актуальні тенденції подальшого розвитку світогосподарського простору визначають нові вимоги, що висуваються до систем забезпечення економічної безпеки на всіх рівнях, у тому числі до умов і факторів інституціонального забезпечення. У зв’язку з цим постає можливим здійснення поглибленого аналізу інституціоналізації управлінської діяльності в процесі забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в глобальному середовищі.

In the conditions of prompt transformation of current development trends of the world economy the ability to protect the national economy from the negative influence of external and internal threats on a global scale defines the level of competitiveness of domestic goods and services, and also determines the general direction of the social and economic development. As a result, in this aspect on the first plan there is a concept of economic security of the state, the relevance of definition of its role in formation of conditions and factors of stable and effective functioning of economic system increases. The difficult forecasting and growing unpredictability of the further directions and options of the world development determine the necessity of profound studying and the detailed analysis of the complex of conceptual changes that are happening in the world economic space. It should be noted that the emergence of cardinally new tendencies are observed today in the world within the definition of prospects of further world economic development. Consequently nowadays the problem of a choice of ways and forms of its future existence more than ever is particularly acute. In turn, the current trends of further development of the world economic space define the new requirements imposed to the systems of providing the economic security at all levels, including to conditions and factors of institutional providing. In this regard the implementation of the profound analysis of institutionalization of administrative activity in the process of providing economic security of the state in the global environment becomes possible.
