Шляхи формування інноваційного вектору розвитку економіки України

Abstract

Розкрито форми прояву та значущість інноваційного розвитку. Запропоновано власне трактування категорії «інноваційний розвиток». Виокремлено й пояснено такі поняття, як ресурсно-техніко-технологічні, товарно-продуктові та орґанізаційно-збутові нововведення. Запропоновано шляхи формування інноваційного вектору економічного розвитку України, а саме: застосування різних моделей інноваційного розвитку залежно від специфіки галузі; галузева інноватизація; внутрішня інноваційна кооперація та кластеризація; визначення напрямів інноваційної інтеґрації національної економіки; стимулювання малого, середнього і великого бізнесу стосовно активізації інноваційної діяльності. Галузі згідно з їхньою специфіки, розподілено за моделями інноваційного розвитку. Виділено пріоритетні, з позиції першочергової інноватизації, сфери економіки. Висвітлено переваги внутрішньої інноваційної кооперації та інноватизації. Охарактеризовано критерії інноваційної інтеґрації України. Визначено сприятливі умови для малого, середнього і великого бізнесу активізувати інноваційну діяльність.

Forms of innovative development and its importance for the economy of the country have been determined. The author’s own interpretation of the “innovative development” category has been offered. The “resource, technical and technological innovations”, “goods and products innovations” and “management and marketing innovations” categories have been selected and explained. Ways of forming the innovative vector of the Ukrainian economy development have been offered. The first way is the use of different models of innovative development depending on the peculiarities of each sphere of the economy. The second way is to innovate in every sphere of economy. The third way is an internal innovative cooperation and clustering. The forth way is to distinguish the ways of the national economy innovate integration. The fifth way is to stimulate the small, mid- and large-sized businesses to activate the innovative activities. The spheres of the economy were divided according to the models of innovative development and this hypothesis has been grounded. For the activation of total innovative activity the priority spheres of the economy have been highlighted. The advantages of internal innovative cooperation and clustering have been identified. Economic and problematic, economic and perspective, economic and environmental criteria of innovative integration of Ukraine have been described. Hypothetical innovative-integration formations and their participating countries have been outlined. The features of the small, mid- and large-sized businesses in the context of innovative activity have been clarified. The ways of deepening the innovative activities in the national economy by small, mid- and large-sized businesses have been developed. The conditions of the small, mid- and large-sized businesses innovative activities stimulation in Ukraine have been designed.
