| Résumé: | Запропоновано три проектних рішення: розвиток виробництва найбільш реалізованого типу виробів за рахунок оновлення обладнання; навчання персоналу у відповідності до нових вимог виробництва; удосконалення структури управління товариством з урахуванням послідовного переходу від лінійно-функціональної до дивізіональної структури організації виробництва. Ofered a three design decisions: the development of the production of most types of products sold due to upgrading of equipment, training of staff in accordance with the new requirements of production, improve the management structure of the company based on coherent transition from linear to divisional and functional structure of production. |
