Дослідження сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку підприємств машинобудування України

Abstract

Проведено аналіз сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку підприємств машинобудування України. Зроблено висновок про необхідність моніторингу дослідження машинобудівної галузі й визначення основних перешкод у процесі розвитку. Аналіз умов господарювання показує, що резерви підвищення ефективності вітчизняного машинобудування на основі використання екстенсивних чинників зростання вичерпані. Життєво необхідна переорієнтація вітчизняної промисловості на інтенсивний шлях розвитку, який передбачає необхідність вирішення комплексу взаємопов'язаних і взаємообумовлених накопичених проблем у законодавчій, нормативно-правовій, фінансово-економічній, освітній, кадровій та інших сферах.

Machine-building enterprises in the different areas are considered to be the "base" of the national economy, their success determines the effective functioning of its systems and related sectors. The analysis of the current state of machine-building industry and industry in general, provides a background to state that despite some positive trends in recent years the problems in this field has not been overcome yet. The absence of deliberate government strategy of development has meant that having found themselves in a situation of self-financing and in the absence of practical experience in the market, most of the machine-building enterprises has been forced to exist in survival conditions. The lose of market position, the collapse and bankruptcy of many enterprises, the outflow of qualified personnel, critical moral and physical aging processes and technology has been resulted. Because most of the m achine-building enterprises of Ukraine still have the structure of production and use of technology which has been introduced in Soviet times and are designed to work in a planned economy. In addition, depreciation of assets in financial balance of enterprises, which has been occurred in turn determines their low credit and investment attractiveness. All these factors foresee that the reserves of national machinery improvement on the basis of extensive growth factors have been exhausted. The reorientation of domestic industry in an intensive way of development, which requires the solution of complex interrelated and mutually accumulated problems in the legislative, legal, financial, economic, educational, personnel and other areas is vital. Time factor is very important taking into consideration the fact that developed countries re-eguipment their industries every 7-10 years.
