Технологія зміцнення оброблених торцевих сферичних поверхонь

Abstract

Розглянуто питання технологічного методу забезпечення надійності внутрішніх напівсферичних поверхонь деталей машин. Досліджено процеси, що виникають при зміцненні внутрішніх сферичних поверхонь, виведено залежності для визначення залишкових напружень, що виникають у процесі зміцнення.

The mattes of technological method of providing the reliability of the internal semi-spherical surfaces of machine’s details in regarded in the paper. The processes, which arise during the strengthening of spherical surfaces investigated, the dependency for estimation the remaining strains, which happen during the process of strengthening.
