Проаналізовано та уточнено сучасну структуру фонду оплати праці. Розкрито організаційний механізм оплати праці, визначено вибір форм та систем оплати і стимулювання праці на організацію й облік розрахунків з оплати праці. Досліджено організаційні й правові засади аудиту праці та її оплати, основні методичні прийоми здійснення аудиту. Здійснено аналіз показників з оплати праці та зроблено оцінку фінансового стану підприємства. Вивчено стан охорони праці на підприємстві.
