| Özet: | У дипломній роботі досліджено актуальні теоретичні та практичні аспекти обліку, аналізу та аудиту оплати праці, визначено напрями їх удосконалення в системі управління підприємством. Проаналізовано та уточнено сучасну структуру фонду оплати праці. Розкрито організаційний механізм оплати праці, визначено вибір форм та систем оплати і стимулювання праці на організацію й облік розрахунків з оплати праці. Досліджено організаційні й правові засади аудиту праці та її оплати, основні методичні прийоми здійснення аудиту. Здійснено аналіз показників з оплати праці та зроблено оцінку фінансового стану підприємства. Вивчено стан охорони праці на підприємстві. Ключові слова: трудові ресурси, кадри, праця, оплата праці, форми і системи оплати праці, облік розрахунків з оплати праці, облік виплат працівникам, продуктивність праці, аудиторські процедури. |
