Спеціальність 8.03050901 – Облік і аудит. – Тернопільський національний технічний університет імені Івана Пулюя. – Тернопіль, 2017. У дипломній роботі досліджено методику та організацію облікового, контрольного і аналітичного процесів доходів та видатків бюджетних установ та визначено перспективи їх розвитку в сучасних умовах господарювання. В роботі розглянуті теоретичні та практичні питання організації та методики обліку доходів та видатків загального та спеціального фондів бюджетних установ, а також обґрунтовано основні вимоги щодо організації контрольного і аналітичного процесів в таких установах. Вказано на необхідність облікової політики установи, щодо якої буде проводитися організація обліку, контролю та аналізу. Запропоновано проводити аналіз фінансового стану і господарської діяльності установи, створити службу (відділ) внутрішнього контролю. In diploma work methodology and organization of registration, control and analytical processes of profits and charges of budgetary establishments are investigational and the prospects of their development are certain in the modern terms of menage. The theoretical and practical questions of organization and methodology of accounting of incomes and charges of general and special funds of budgetary establishments are in-process considered, and also the basic requirements are reasonable in relation to organization of control and analytical processes in such establishments. It is indicated on the necessity of registration politics of establishment, in relation to that organization of account, control and analysis will be conducted. It is suggested to conduct the analysis of the financial state and economic activity of establishment, create service(department) of internal control.
