| Résumé: | У статті обґрунтоване підвищення продуктивності гвинтозакручуючих модулів за рахунок застосування ударно-імпульсного інерційного способу затягування різьбових з’єднань. Наведено обґрунтування і вибір таких основних параметрів процесу затягування різьбових з’єднань, як енергія одиничного удару, швидкість обертання та момент інерції ротора. У статті викладені фізична і математична моделі процесу затягування різьбових з’єднань, наведені технічні характеристики розроблених гвинтозакручуючих модулів. The increase of productivity of the modules wrapping screws due to application of shock-impulsive inertia method of inhaling of screw-thread connections is grounded in the article. The ground on the choice of such basic parameters of process of inhaling of screw-thread connections as energy of single blow, speed of rotation and moment of inertia of rotor is resulted. The physical and mathematical models of process of inhaling of screw-thread connections are expounded in the article, technical descriptions of the developed modules wrapping screws are resulted. |
