| Abstract: | Обґрунтовано механізм удосконалення системи управління підприємством у формі динаміч-ної економіко-математичної моделі, що інтегрує десять взаємопов’язаних векторів цифро-вої трансформації. Формалізовано замкнений контур моніторингу та регулювання «вимірю-вання–оцінювання–корекція». Кількісний апарат доповнено індексами досягнення цілей та показниками стабільності динаміки. Доведено, що інфраструктурно-процесна база є систе-моутворюючою передумовою масштабування BI та AI, а подальший ефект визначається не кількістю впроваджених технологій, а рівнем їх комплементарності й інституційної під-тримки. Розроблений інструментарій дозволяє підприємствам оперативно ідентифікувати критичні розриви цифрової зрілості та адаптувати стратегію розвитку до вимог єдиного цифрового ринку ЄС. |
