Digital transformation of law enforcement policy in conditions of military conflicts and technological crises

Abstract

The paper analyzes the role of digital transformation in shaping modern law enforcement policy under conditions of military conflicts and technogenic crises. Particular attention is paid to the development of police competences, including negotiation, analytical skills and crisis response. Digital tools enhance coordination, decision-making and operational effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of EU security policies and NATO cooperation in strengthening institutional resilience. The findings indicate that digitalization is a key factor in improving the effectiveness of police activities in unstable environments.

W artykule analizuje się rolę transformacji cyfrowej w kształtowaniu współczesnej polityki organów ścigania w warunkach konfliktów zbrojnych oraz kryzysów technologicznych. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono rozwojowi kompetencji funkcjonariuszy policji, w tym negocjacyjnych, analitycznych oraz reagowania kryzysowego. Narzędzia cyfrowe zwiększają koordynację działań, jakość podejmowania decyzji oraz efektywność operacyjną. Wskazano także znaczenie polityk bezpieczeństwa UE oraz współpracy z NATO dla wzmacniania odporności instytucjonalnej.
