Химич І.Г. Фінансово-економічна оцінка бізнесу: масштабування та проєктний менеджмент.

Abstract

В статті представлено фінансово-економічну оцінку щодо стану бізнесу в Україні. Досліджено бізнес-середовище на основі аналізу фінансових результатів діяльності підприємств за 2013-2024 роки як одного із найважливіших індикаторів відображення загального стану бізнесу в країні. Виявлено, що наслідки кризи 2014 р. відчувалися більш тривалий період (близько трьох років), наслідки криз 2020 р. та 2022 р. свідчили про більш швидшу реакцію на існуючу кризову ситуацію на основі впровадження спеціалізованих програм, стратегій та заходів. Проаналізована динаміка результатів індексу активності бізнесу в Україні відображає зону негативних очікувань бізнесу: позитивним моментом є зростаюча тенденція результатів показника за 2025 р. Проаналізовано динаміку результатів показника «індекс ділових очікувань», що відображає значне пожвавлення рівня ділової активності бізнесу держави: за 1 квартал 2025 р. показник складав 108,2 % та є більшим за результат 4 кварталу 2024 р. (101,8 %). Запропоновано застосовувати процес масштабування для забезпечення рівня зростання бізнесу в сучасних ринкових умовах господарювання. Визначено, що проєктний менеджмент виступає однією із вагомих методик для підтримки ефективності розвитку бізнесу в кризові часи: саме проєктна діяльність відображає необхідність впровадження та реалізацію різноманітних інновацій.

The article provides a comprehensive financial and economic assessment of the business environment in Ukraine, with particular emphasis on business scaling and the implementation of project management practices. The study highlights that the introduction of innovative methods and approaches is essential for sustaining business activity under crisis conditions. It is argued that the state of the business environment constitutes a key factor in ensuring the positive dynamics of entrepreneurship and, consequently, the overall economic development of the country. The analysis is based on financial results of enterprises for the period 2013-2024, which serve as one of the primary indicators of the general state of business in Ukraine. The findings show that the consequences of the 2014 crisis persisted for approximately three years, while the crises of 2020 and 2022 demonstrated a shorter recovery period due to the implementation of targeted programs, strategies, and measures. The results confirm that the business environment remains unstable and requires continuous revision, adaptation, and the adoption of new concepts to maintain competitiveness and foster sustainable growth. Special attention is given to the Ukrainian Business Index, which reflects the overall condition of the business sector, the main trends, and the dynamics of development. The study indicates that the index has been situated in the zone of negative business expectations, though a positive trend is projected for 2025. Similarly, the Business Expectations Index demonstrates a revival of business activity: in the first quarter of 2025, the indicator reached 108.2 %, surpassing the fourth-quarter result of 2024 (101.8 %). The article further emphasizes the importance of business scaling as a mechanism for accelerating income growth and ensuring long-term renewal of enterprises. The main stages and strategies for effective scaling are outlined, stressing its role in enhancing competitiveness under contemporary market conditions. Additionally, project management is identified as a critical tool for supporting business development during periods of uncertainty, as it facilitates the systematic introduction of innovations and ensures the effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
