| Abstract: | The purpose of the work is to improve the functioning of the operational management system of LLC "AGROVITA LTD". The object of the study is LLC "AGROVITA LTD". The subject of the research is the operational management system of the enterprise. The practical significance of the results lies in the development of proposals to improve the operational management system of the enterprise. Метою роботи є вдосконалення функціонування системи операційного менеджменту ТОВ «АГРОВІТА ЛТД». Об’єктом дослідження є ТОВ «АГРОВІТА ЛТД». Предмет дослідження – система операційного менеджменту ТОВ «АГРОВІТА ЛТД». Практичне значення результатів роботи полягає у розробленні пропозицій щодо вдосконалення функціонування системи операційного менеджменту ТОВ «АГРОВІТА ЛТД» за рахунок впровадження сучасних технологій для виробничого процесу. |
| Descrizione: | Operational management plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and competitiveness of modern enterprises, as it directly affects the quality of production processes, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. In conditions of dynamic market development, effective operational management becomes a decisive factor for business stability and growth. The study examines the operational management system of LLC “Agrovita LTD”, focusing on the production of meat products and the specifics of the enterprise's activities. Key attention is paid to labor efficiency, use of fixed assets, and the impact of automation on production processes. The effectiveness of introducing modern technologies, such as vacuum packaging and automated control, is substantiated. Proposed measures aim to reduce costs, improve product quality, and increase production efficiency. |
