Міжнародне підприємництво як чинник успіху територіальних громад України

Abstract

У статті досліджено значеннєву роль дефініції «міжнародне підприємництво» як елемента успішного розвитку територіальних громад в Україні. Висвітлено сучасні тенденції розквіту бізнесу на міжнародній арені, його вагоме значення в економічному розвитку регіонів країни та громад, а також розглянуто вплив глобалізації на поступ місцевих економік та вихід вітчизняних підприємців у зовнішній ринок. У статті показано, що активізація міжнародного підприємництва сприяє соціально-економічному поступу територіальних громад України, створенню нових робочих місць, підвищенню рівня освіченості населення, сучасній професійній підготовці місцевих жителів, зростанню рівня доходів людей, розвитку інфраструктури, підвищенню інвестиційної привабливості територіальних громад та інтеграції української економіки у світові процеси. Описано ключові перешкоди для поступу міжнародного підприємництва, серед яких правові та економічні труднощі, недостатня державна підтримка, обмежений доступ до фінансових ресурсів, висока плинність трудової частини населення, корупційні процеси, низький рівень міжнародних співпраць, відсутність механізмів захисту інвестованих коштів. Поряд із цим, у статті надано конкретні заходи щодо стимулювання міжнародного підприємництва – механізми підтримки місцевих підприємців, створення сприятливих умов для залучення зовнішніх інвестицій, спрощення регуляторних механізмів, удосконалення підприємницької культури та навичок, розвиток інфраструктури, використання сучасних технологій. Важливим є визначення головних пріоритетів розвитку територіальних громад та міжнародного підприємництва завдяки раціональному використанню трудових, фінансових та інших ресурсів. Представлено причинно-наслідковий характер суспільно-економічних трансформацій в сучасних умовах, а також підкреслено важливість інтеграції української економіки у глобальні процеси.

The article examines the significant role of the definition of “international entrepreneurship” as an element of the successful development of territorial communities in Ukraine. The modern trends of the flourishing of business on the international arena, its significant importance in the economic development of the country’s regions and communities, are highlighted, as well as the impact of globalization on the progress of local economies and the exit of domestic entrepreneurs to the foreign market. The article shows that the activation of international entrepreneurship contributes to the socio-economic progress of territorial communities of Ukraine, the creation of new jobs, an increase in the level of education of the population, modern professional training of local residents, an increase in people's incomes, the development of infrastructure, an increase in the investment attractiveness of communities and the integration of the Ukrainian economy into world processes. Key obstacles to the progress of international entrepreneurship are described, including legal and economic difficulties, insufficient state support, limited access to financial resources, high turnover of the labor part of the population, corruption processes, low level of international cooperation, lack of mechanisms for protecting invested funds. Along with this, the article provides specific measures to stimulate international entrepreneurship - mechanisms for supporting local entrepreneurs, creating favorable conditions for attracting foreign investment, simplifying regulatory mechanisms, improving entrepreneurial culture and skills, developing infrastructure, and using modern technologies. It is important to determine the main priorities for the development of territorial communities and international entrepreneurship thanks to the rational use of labor, financial and other resources. The cause-and-effect nature of socio-economic transformations in modern conditions is presented, and the importance of the integration of the Ukrainian economy into global processes is also emphasized.
