Для успішного функціонування організації, використання і розвитку власних виробничих можливостей вона повинна правильно планувати використання обладнання, операцій, технологій і виробничих процесів. Економічні дослідження та накопичений господарський досвід свідчать, що сьогодні основою технічного переозброєння та реконструкції діючих виробництв є широке впровадження нових прогресивних технологій, комплексна автоматизація виробництва. Ці напрями є найбільш ефективними і дають найбільший ефект у сфері функціонування системи оперативного управління. Відповідно, підвищення ефективності системи оперативного управління в м’ясопереробній промисловості передбачає забезпечення потреб споживачів якісною та повноцінною продукцією м’ясопереробної промисловості в достатній кількості, широкому асортименті та асортименті за рахунок оснащення м’ясопереробної галузі ефективне обладнання та використання передових технологій виробництва. | uk_UA |
