Короткий огляд (реферат): У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено особливості гармонізації цифрового ринку ЄС та України. Здійснено аналіз наукових джерел, по темі кваліфікаційної роботи. Проаналізовано світовий досвід розробки та функціонування цифрових технологічних платформ та моделі цифрового розвитку. Спроектовано онлайн-платформу на основі Java-бібліотек, яка містять набір методів та алгоритмів для дослідження процесів діджиталізації суб’єктів малого та середнього підприємництва. The features of harmonization of the digital market of the EU and Ukraine are investigated in the qualification work. The analysis of scientific sources on the topic of qualification work is carried out. The world experience of development and functioning of digital technological platforms and models of digital development is analyzed. An online platform based on Java libraries has been designed, which contains a set of methods and algorithms for researching the processes of digitalization of small and medium enterprises.
