Дослідження управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства (на прикладі ПП “Флюк”)

Abstract

АНОТАЦІЯ Недоліз О. С. Дослідження управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства (на прикладі ПП “Флюк”). – Рукопис. Магістерська робота зі спеціальності 073 “Менеджмент”, спеціалізації “Управління інноваційною діяльністю”, – Тернопільський національний технічний університет імені Івана Пулюя, Тернопіль, 2018. Метою магістерської роботи є дослідження управління інноваційним потенціалом ПП “Флюк” на наступні роки, що дасть змогу провести реальне оцінювання управління інноваціями, виробничо-господарської, фінансової, кадрової діяльності підприємства, а також розроблення теоретичних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо покращення управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є сукупність управлінських, виробничих та фінансових відносин, процесів, що формуються у процесі функціонування ПП “Флюк”, яке організоване у відповідності з чинним законодавством України, є юридичною особою, займається підприємницькою діяльністю. Пpeдмeтом дoсліджeння є управління інноваційним потенціалом ПП “Флюк”. Магістерська робота складається зі вступу, п’яти розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. ANNOTATION Nedoliz O. S. Research of management of innovative development of the enterprise (for example PE “Fluk”). – The manuscript. Master’s work in specialty 073 “Management”, specialization “Management of innovation activity”, – Ternopil Ivan Puluj’s national technical university, Ternopil, 2018. The aim of the master’s thesis is to investigate the management of the innovative potential of PE “Fluk” in the coming years, which will enable real assessment of management of innovations, production, economic, financial, human resources of the enterprise, as well as the development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for improving the management of the innovative potential of the enterprise. The object of the study is a set of administrative, production and financial relations, processes that are formed in the process of functioning of the PE “Fluk”, which is organized in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, is a legal entity, engaged in entrepreneurial activity. The research field is the management of the innovative potential of PE “Fluk”. Master’s work consists of an introduction, five sections, conclusions, list of used literature and applications.
