Abstract:	In reviewing some of the problems encountered issues related to the need to analyze rhythm. For example rhythm observed in network traffic. As network traffic flows observed rhythm information. This can occur when handling some channels that others can hardly be used. This requires the application of traffic control based on both statistical and forecasting of data.
