Підготовка інвестиційної програми та розроблення бізнес плану інноваційного проекту (на прикладі ТОВ "Теребовлянські пам'ятки")

Abstract

Дипломна робота на тему "Підготовка інвестиційної програми та розроблення бізнес плану інноваційного проекту (на прикладі ТОВ "Теребовлянські пам'ятки")" присвячений проблемі підготовки інвестиційної програми та розробки ефективного бізнес-плану інвестиційного проекту. Дана робота складається із п'яти розділів, які містять основні та спеціальну частини. Перша частина роботи містить розгляд існуючих структур бізнес-планів, приведена класифікація інвестицій та інвестиційних ризиків, існуюча методика розрахунку ефективності інвестицій, періоду окупності. В другій частині подана загальна характеристика туристичної галузі, система планування підприємства, розглянуто підготовку інвестиційної пропозиції (бізнес-плану), запропоновано використання програмного забезпечення для розрахунків бізнес-плану інвестиційного проекту. Проектна частина присвячена розробці ефективного бізнес-плану інвестиційного проекту з будівництва готельного комплексу, оцінці ефективності інвестицій, аналізу чутливості проекту. Спеціальна частина містить розробку питань з покращення охорони праці, безпеки в надзвичайних ситуаціях та екології на ТОВ «Теребовлянські пам’ятки».

This work consists of five sections containing basic and special parts. The first part contains a review of the existing structures of business plans, reduced classification of investments and investment risks, the current method of calculating the efficiency of investment, payback period. The second general characteristic of the tourism industry, enterprise planning system, discussed the preparation of the investment proposal (business plan) proposed to use the software for the calculation of the business plan of the project. The project is dedicated to the development of an effective business plan of the investment project to build a hotel, assessing the effectiveness of investment sensitivity analysis of the project. Thesis on "Preparation of the investment program and the development of innovative business plan of the project (for example, "Terebovlya Attractions Ltd.")" devoted to the preparation of the investment program and the development of an effective business plan of the investment project.
