Вплив інвестиційної конкуренції на діяльність будівельних підприємств

Abstract

Розкрито двозначну суть будівництва: з однієї позиції як сфери матеріального виробництва, базової галузі економіки, з іншої – як виду виробничої діяльності. Доведено значущість інвестиційної складової функціонування та розвитку будівельного підприємства, роль якої загострюється в контексті нестабільної економіки та постійної нестачі фінансових ресурсів. Встановлено, що функціонування будівельних підприємств відбувається за умов існування гострої конкурентної боротьби за інвестиційні ресурси. Сформульовано власне визначення інвестиційної конкуренції як боротьби за обмежені інвестиційні ресурси, що проводиться будівельним підприємством шляхом управління власними конкурентними перевагами та формуванням довготермінової конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Розглянуто основи ведення чесної інвестиційної конкуренції, закладені у вітчизняному законодавстві. Наведено інструменти державного механізму регулювання інвестиційної конкуренції та окреслено сутність ринкового механізму регулювання інвестиційної конкуренції.

The aim of the paper is to research the essence of investment competition and to identify its impact on the activities and development of construction industry enterprises. Factors of impact and conditions for enterprises development are determined in the paper and the special role of investments in this process is indicated. The ambiguous nature of construction is revealed: from one hand – as the sphere of material production, basic industry of economy, on the other – as a type of industrial activity. Taking into account the specificity of financial and economic activity of the construction industry enterprises, the exceptional role of investments in the process of their development is proved. In accordance with this their essence and structure are examined. The importance of the investment component of the functioning and development of the construction company is proved. Its role is becoming more important in the context of an unstable economy and permanent shortage of financial resources. It is highlighted that the difference in the available means of production and potentially attracted investment capital is the tool of competition and incentive for further competition. It is found that the operation of construction enterprises takes place under conditions of acute competition for investment resources which is being proposed to be viewed as an investment competition. The author’s own definition of investment competition is formulated as follows: the struggle for limited investment resources which is maintained by construction enterprise by managing its own competitive advantages and the forming its long-term competitiveness, which in turn requires the development of its effective development strategy. The basics of investment fair competition incorporated in the national legislation are considered. The tools of state regulation mechanism of investment competition are presented and the essence of market mechanism of investment competition regulation is outlined.
