Економічне обґрунтування вибору транспортерів для перевантаження сипких вантажів по криволінійних траєкторіях

Abstract

Доведено, що втрати від пошкодження цінних продуктів при їх перевантаженні бувають у десятки разів вищими за сукупну вартість транспортера. Розроблено модель відбору раціональних конструкцій конвеєрів для перевантаження сипких вантажів по криволінійних траєкторіях із урахуванням ймовірних обсягів втрат, що виникають унаслідок пошкодження транспортованого матеріалу, а також сукупних витрат, які включають собівартість виготовлення, експлуатації, технічного огляду та ремонту.

It is proved that the loss from the damage of valuable products during their overloading is ten times higher than the total cost of the conveyor. If the market value of the transporters along with the assessment of operating costs don’t involve any problems, the assessment of damage of granular materials while overloading is complicated. In some cases, they are not taken into account, while in others they are quite significant. Because in many cases the consumer buys conveyor with a purpose of its universal use for a reloading of various granular cargoes, it is necessary to develop and use models of choice that are capable to provide them maximum efficiency. Therefore, a rational selection of conveyors for reloading granular cargoes on curved trajectories significantly impacts the efficiency of machine building, pharmaceutics, construction, food processing industry, agriculture and so on. In the article the author proposes the method of calculating the total cost of construction of various types of conveyors (drag, pneumatic, rigid and flexible spiral) that provide reloading of bulk cargoes in curved trajectories, which includes taking into account the cost of production, operation, inspection and maintenance to a certain period. The model of selection of rationally designed transporters for the transshipment of bulk cargoes on curved trajectories considering the likely volume of loss arising from the damage of the transported material and the total cost, which includes cost of production, maintenance, inspection and mending.
