Управління закупівлями у ланцюгу поставок продукції на машинобудівному підприємстві

Abstract

Розглянуто й проаналізовано процес закупівлі, що складає початкову ланку ланцюга поставок. Розкрито основний зміст закупівель, розглянуто етапність проведення процесу закупівлі на підприємстві, розкрито основні цілі закупівельної логістики та виділено постачання як основу процесу закупівлі. Відокремлено основні форми процесу постачання, розкрито основні функції постачання. Проаналізовано організаційну структуру відділу закупівель, виділено основні переваги та недоліки аналізованих організаційних структур. Досліджено методи, за якими здійснюються поставки матеріально-технічних ресурсів на машинобудівне підприємство. Проаналізовано значення закупівель, зокрема процесу постачання як чинника управління ланцюгом поставок продукції на машинобудівному підприємстві в розрізі автомобілебудівної галузі.

The article examines and analyzes the purchasing process as the main original link of the supply chain. The basic content of the purchasing process is timely made logistics whereas the basis of logistics is the supply process. It is determine main forms of supply process and the functions of supply. The author analyzes the organizational structure supply department and distinguishes main disadvantages of selected organizational structures. The methods of supplying inputs at the machine-building enterprises are also analyzed. The significance of purchasing and the process of supplying in particular as the factor of operating the supplying chain of production at the machine-building enterprise in the context of automobile industry are estimated. Thus, purchasing logistics is one of the leading places and it implies operating of material inputs in the process of supplying the enterprise with the material resources. The author underlines that purchasing logistics interfaces with other subsystems of the general logistics: financial, manufacturing, transportation and warehousing, information. In the article it is stated that the operating system of the logistics supply chain of production provides coordination of material flows, increasing the accuracy of forecasts, reduction of goods and raw materials in warehouses, reducing transaction costs, reduces the output of their own products to the market and, thus, improves customer service.
