Моделювання управлінських процесів з використанням типових моделей менеджменту

Abstract

Прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень менеджерами усіх ланок управління на підприємстві залежить від багатьох впливових факторів. Як свідчить практика, раціональні управлінські рішення приймаються в процесі оптимізації. Найефективнішим способом оптимізації управлінських рішень є моделювання. Застосування моделей менеджменту та їх реалізація в практичній діяльності підприємства дозволять менеджерам набути певних навиків і знань з моделювання управлінських процесів та приймати економічно обґрунтовані рішення. Запропоновано етапи моделювання управлінських процесів на підприємстві. Вони охоплюють процес формулювання управлінської задачі, розроблення моделі менеджменту, розрахунок та перевірку моделі на практиці, прийняття управлінського рішення та оцінювання реалізованого управлінського рішення на основі прийнятої моделі менеджменту. Здійснено класифікацію методів та моделей менеджменту. Показано прикладне використання моделей менеджменту в практичній роботі керівника.

All managers need to make decisions from time to time. Taking into consideration time limits in formulating of management policy and solving business problems, managers are to bear a certain degree of discretion in planning, revising and implementing of enterprise policies. In other words, they have to be engaged in decision-making with applying the processes of modeling management. Management models help managers and economists analyze the economic decision-making process. Each model relies on a number of assumptions, or basic factors that are present in all management situations. The basic management models are associated with motivation and leadership and with the ability to apply them to practical situations and decision making. As the experience shows, the rational decisions are making through optimization process. The most effective way to optimize the management decisions is modeling. A management model is made by a company’s top executives regarding how they define objectives, motivate effort, coordinate activities and allocate resources; in other words, how they define management process. Due to new technological capabilities and employees’ expectations, some companies apply a distinctive management model which one of the key factors of its competitiveness. The applications of management models and their realization in the activity of an enterprise allow managers to gain certain skills and knowledge in the sphere of management process modelling and to take economic decisions. The following steps of management process modeling are recommended in the article: identify the management problem, outline a main goal and outcome, gather data, select and estimate management model, develop alternatives and make the decision, implement the decision based on accepted management model. The management methods and models are broadened. The applied recommendations concerning practical use of the management models are described.
