Науково-методичні засади побудови ефективної системи економічної безпеки на машинобудівному підприємстві

Abstract

Розглянуто інструментарій побудови механізму формування ефективної системи економічної безпеки підприємства. Визначено, що всі її елементи функціонують одночасно та створюють взаємопов’язані відносини. Запропоновано методи, засоби, функції та принципи організації системи економічної безпеки підприємств машинобудування. Призначенням розглянутого в статті механізму є забезпечення високого рівня економічної безпеки підприємства. Основною його метою запропоновано вважати стабільність функціонування, конкурентоспроможність машинобудівного підприємства, отримання прибутку та забезпечення ефективності його розвитку на інноваційних засадах. Упровадження механізму передбачає вивчення передумов його застосування засобами аналізування, діагностики стану розвитку підприємства, які дозволять виявити комплекс чинників, що сприятимуть збільшенню обсягів товаровиробництва та ефективному й стабільному розвитку підприємства загалом.

The construction mechanism for an effective economic security system formation is described in the article. It has been determined that all elements of the mechanism operate simultaneously and create circular interconnected relationships. The economic, social, psychological, administrative and legal methods are considered to be the main methods of the mentioned mechanism. The principles of creating the mechanism for the effective economic security system of the machine-building enterprise are highlighted in the article. Those principles include the structural, functional, targeted and dynamic ones. The main features of the described mechanism are as follows: planning, forecasting, accounting and control, organization, management, promotion. In the article the technical, economic, legal, informational and political means are named as the instruments for achieving the desired result while using the mentioned mechanism and also as the tools for creating economic security. The function of the described mechanism is its implementation for ensuring high level of economic security. The purpose of such implementation for creating the effective economic security system should be the company’s profits and effective development. Applying the mechanism of creating the efficient system for machine-building enterprises involves diagnosis of the company’s development which will enable to find out the factors resulting in the increase of production and in the effective and stable company’s development on the whole.
