Теоретико-практичні аспекти адаптивної реструктуризації будівельних підприємств у сучасних умовах

Abstract

Окреслено необхідність реалізації реструктуризаційних заходів господарюючими суб’єктами. Виокремлено види реструктуризації залежно від мети проведення: адаптивна, антикризова та реструктуризація розвитку. Доведено превентивність та превалюючу роль адаптивної реструктуризації. Виділено стадії реструктуризаційного процесу – тривоги та резистентності. Наведено основні причини негараздів у будівельній галузі, зокрема вказано на залежність забудовника від зовнішніх джерел фінансування. Обґрунтовано необхідність адаптивної реструктуризації будівельними підприємствами шляхом кореляційного аналізу. Проаналізовано фінансовий стан вітчизняних забудовників з точки зору структури джерел утворення господарських засобів та спроможності погашати поточні зобов’язання.

The necessity of realization of restructuring measures by business entities is outlined. The types of restructuring are distinguished depending on the aim of realization: adaptive – to be carried out by profitable enterprises and those ones that occupy certain position in the market, however the necessity of adaptation to the market changes predetermines structural transformations; anticrisis - is used by enterprises that have possibilities for maneuvering, the financial state of which is rather satisfactory; restructuring of development – is usual for the business entities that aim to hold the market position, to create unique competitive advantages, to promote an image, to increase the market value. It is noticed that restructuring is mainly carried out by enterprises that take care about the increase of their business market value and improvement of image. The preventive nature and prevailing role of the adaptive restructuring is proven. The stages of restructuring process - warning and resistance are determined. The basic causes of problems in the construction industry are given, in particular the dependence of constructors on external sources of financing. The necessity of the adaptive restructuring conduction by construction enterprises with the use of cross-correlation analysis is grounded according to the results indicating that the values of all correlation coefficients represent substantial connection (more than 0,8) between the volume of sales of construction products and the external sources of financing of construction. The financial state of the domestic construction enterprises from the point of view of the structure of economic resources formation and the ability to repay the current liabilities is analyzed.
