Модель порівняльного аналізу країн за рівнем економічного добробуту домашніх господарств

Abstract

Проаналізовано методологічні підходи до визначення економічного добробуту населення та методи його вимірювання. Визначено особливості сучасного стану добробуту домашніх господарств України. Сформовано набір показників для оцінювання рівня економічного добробуту домогосподарств країни. Виділено три групи показників, що характеризують добробут домогосподарств, а саме, демографічні, соціальні та економічні параметри умов існування населення країни. Встановлено, що основним індикатором, який визначає добробут домогосподарств, є доходи населення. Запропоновано здійснювати розрахунок сукупних доходів населення з урахуванням таких складових: офіційні доходи населення; доходи тіньового сектора; міграційні доходи; доходи домогосподарств. Встановлено доцільність порівняння країн за рівнем економічного добробуту домогосподарств через співставлення купівельної спроможності доходів населення. Розроблено модель порівняння країн за рівнем економічного добробуту населення, яка враховує сукупні доходи та структуру споживання домогосподарств.

Methodological approaches to the definition of welfare as an economic category are described. The current state of household wealth of Ukraine is analyzed. Scientific approaches to measuring economic welfare are investigated. A set of indicators to evaluate the level of economic welfare of the country's households is offered. Three groups of indicators of welfare of the population, including demographic, social and economic parameters of living conditions of population are identified. A model of comparison of countries by the level of economic welfare is proposed, which takes into account the total income and the structure of household consumption. It is set that the main indicator which allows to evaluate the economic development and standard of living is income of households. Calculation of total income that includes consideration of such components as the official income, income of shadow sector, migration income, household income is proposed. The significant influence of shadow economy under current conditions of transformation of the domestic economy on the formation, distribution and redistribution of income is examined. It is established that without considering incomes in the shadow economy it is impossible to realistically evaluate the welfare of society. Migration capital as a key component of the domestic capital market is defined. An integral component of economic welfare are non-market activities of households in the country and its people’s free time; which should assess in monetary terms and to consider in calculating total income. Purchasing power of household’s income determines the level of economic well-being of the population. Model of the comparative analysis of economic welfare of the population of several countries will be useful to international organizations for payments in case of comparison of the level of economic welfare of their households.
