Ефективність пристрою шнекового типу для віджиму сапропелю

Abstract

У статті наведено методику проведення багатофакторного експерименту та представлено результати чотирифакторного експерименту з оптимізації параметрів пристрою з гвинтовим робочим органом для віджиму сапропелю. Запропоновано удосконалену конструкцію лабораторної установки з відділяючою камерою для механічного віджиму озерного сапропелю, що забезпечує якісне виконання даного процесу. Виведено рівняння регресії та отримано поверхні відгуку і їх відповідні двомірні січення.

In the article the method of leadthrough of multivariable experiment is resulted and the results of fourfactor experiment are presented from optimization of parameters of device with a spiral working organ for to the dehydration sapropel. The improved construction of the laboratory setting is offered with a separating chamber for mechanical dehydration lacustrine a sapropel which provides high-quality implementation of this process. Equalization of regression is shown out and the surfaces of review are got and them proper twomeasured cut.
