Дослідження динамічних навантажень причіпного розкидача твердих органічних добрив з підвіскою змінної жорсткості

Abstract

Досліджено дію динамічних зусиль у розкидачах при транспортуванні органо-мінеральних добрив в умовах нерівності доріг, а особливо, нерівності поля. При дослідженні і обґрунтуванні параметрів колісного одновісного причепа-розкидача твердих органічних добрив використано як методики визначення динамічних характеристик колісної машини, так і методики визначення розподілу напружень у рамі. Оптимізовано параметри підвіски розкидачів органо-мінеральних добрив та причепів.

The operation of the dynamic efforts for throwing about at transporting of organic-minual fertilizes of the roads caused inequalities and especially by the inequalities of the field is explored. At research and ground the parameters of the wheeled one-axle trailer of throwing about of the hard organic fertilizers both the methods of determination of dynamic descriptions of the wheeled machine and methods of determination of tensions are used in a frame. The parameters of pendant of throwing about organic-mineral fertilizers and trailers are optimized.
