| Crynodeb: | Удосконалено конструкцію гнучкого робочого органа канатного конвеєра, яка забезпечує зменшення сили транспортування порошкових матеріалів у круглих трубах і покращує умови транспортування і відповідно підвищує експлуатаційну надійність і довговічність робочого органа. Виведено аналітичні залежності для визначення продуктивності канатного конвеєра і конструктивних параметрів. The improved structure of a rope conveyer flexible working body is proposed. This structure guarantees the reduction of transportation power as well as the increase of operational reliability and durability of the working body.The analytical dependences for determining the power and structural parameters are developed. Besides, the usage of feeding discs with elliptical holes with the tackle fixed inside them guarantees their self-centring and the application of force and the center cross section of mass flux. |
