dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено можливості фрактального аналізу як ефективного інструменту для кількісної характеристики мікроструктури та прогнозування комплексу механічних властивостей середньовуглецевих конструкційних сталей. Актуальність роботи пов’язана з потребою у створенні швидких, об’єктивних і недеструктивних методів оцінки якості металопродукції безпосередньо за параметрами структури в умовах реального виробництва. Встановлено чутливість між фрактальними характеристиками окремих фаз і межами зерен та твердістю середньовуглецевих конструкційних сталей. Розроблений підхід може бути використаний для встановлення зв’язку між структурою сталей та їхніми властивостями.
dc.description.abstractThe article investigates the capabilities of fractal analysis as an effective tool for the quantitative characterization of microstructure and the prediction of a set of mechanical properties of medium-carbon structural steels. The sensitivity between the fractal characteristics of individual phases, grain boundaries, and the hardness of medium-carbon structural steels has been established. The developed approach can be used to determine the relationship between the structure of steels and their properties.
