dc.description.abstractТези присвячено розгляду енергетичної інфраструктури як інструменту когнітивного впливу в умовах сучасної війни. Проаналізовано російську стратегію «ядерного терору», включаючи шантаж навколо ЗАЕС та використання енергосистеми як зброї. Оцінено вплив українських ударів по російських НПЗ у контексті стратегічної нейтралізації. Визначено, що фізичний вплив на обʼєкти енергетики є ключовим засобом трансформації ментальної реальності ворожого суспільства та деконструкції стратегічних наративів.
dc.description.abstractThe abstract examines the role of energy infrastructure as a tool for cognitive influence in modern warfare. The Russian strategy of "nuclear terror", including blackmail around the ZNPP and the use of the power system as a weapon, is analyzed. The impact of Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries in the context of strategic neutralization is assessed. It is determined that the physical impact on energy facilities is a key means of transforming the mental reality of the enemy society and deconstructing strategic narratives.
