dc.description.abstractThe aim of the Bachelor’s paper is to study the theoretical and practical principles of personnel management at LLC "Silpo-Food". The object of research is the human resource potential of the organization. The subject of research is a personnel management at LLC "Silpo-Food". The practical significance of the results lies in the development of proposals to strengthen the human resource potential of LLC "Silpo-Food". The results are obtained with the following research methods: economic-statistical, system and comparative analysis, expert survey method, dialectical cognition, and economic synthesis.uk_UA
