Контактна взаємодія кругового штампа з шаром із залишковими деформаціями, що зумовлені зосередженим нагрівом

Abstract

Отримано співвідношення для визначення контактних напружень у шарі із залишковими деформаціями, що обумовлені зосередженим нагрівом при зварюванні. У випадку, коли в шар втискується абсолютно гладкий жорсткий штамп, проведено числовий аналіз задачі. Показано, що наявність у шарі залишкових деформацій суттєво впливає на величину і характер розподілу напружень контактної взаємодії.

The ratio for determining the contact stress in the layer with residual deformations, caused by locating heating under welding, is obtained. For the case when absolutely smooth, rigid punch is inserted into the layer, the numerical analysis of the task is made. It is shown that the presence of residual deformation in the layer influences on the value and character of the contact interaction stress distribution.
