dc.description.abstractManagers get the work done through people. They allocate the resources, direct the activities of others, and take decisions to attain organizational goals. Organization is a coordinated social unit, composed of two or more people, which functions to achieve a common goal. Managers are responsible for the functioning of the organization, so they must able to develop an understanding of what motivates employees to learn, train and perform optimally as individuals through the use of organization of manager’s work concepts. Managers realize there are many dynamics behind working within a group and the importance of group behaviors and communicating is a key link to empowering and controlling conflicts a group. Overall, in order for managers to be successful and effective they must utilize and develop the use of this concept that will enhance not only their own abilities but also there employees. The purpose of the course “Organization of manager’s work” is to provide students with fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge in various concepts of organization manager’s work which are necessary for the professional activity of managers in market conditions, the elements of which are legal, technological, organizational, technical and educational components for improving an organization's effectiveness.en_US
