Дослідження впливу змін профілю температурного поля на похибку вимірювання температури неоднорідними термопарами

Abstract

Досліджено прояв однієї з малодосліджених похибок термопар – похибки від набутої в процесі експлуатації термоелектричної неоднорідності їх електродів. Дослідження цієї похибки проведено на основі результатів експериментальних досліджень часового дрейфу характеристики перетворення термопар, для чого розроблено спеціальну методику. Проведені дослідження дозволили оцінити похибку вимірювання температури залежно від характеру змін профілю температурного поля і виявити найбільш небезпечний режим експлуатації термопар.

In this paper the investigation of one of less investigational errors of thermocouples - errors from the thermo-electric heterogeneity of their electrodes purchased in the process of exploitation – has been shown. Research of this error is conducted on the basis of results of experimental researches of time drift characteristic of thermocouples transformation, what the special methodology is worked out for. The conducted researches allowed estimating the error of temperature measuring depending on character of changes of the temperature field type and educing the most dangerous mode of exploitation of thermocouples.
