Розширення технологічних можливостей гвинтових конвеєрів

Abstract

Наведено нові типи конструкції гвинтових конвеєрів з розширеними технологічними можливостями для транспортування, вентиляції, змішування, зволоження та інших операцій. Виведено аналітичні залежності для визначення конструктивних, кінематичних і технологічних параметрів запропонованих модифікацій гвинтових конвеєрів. Представлені конструкції захищено деклараційними патентами на корисні моделі України.

One of the conditions for high competitiveness of enterprises is the improvement of the design parameters of products, which contributes to increased productivity, increased efficiency, improves quality and requires fundamentally new approaches for creation and usage of efficient resource-saving technical systems. Screw conveyors are used in various sectors of economy for transportation, blending, grinding, sorting and performing other operations. Modern design of screw conveyors has to expand their technological capabilities, improve methodology of their calculation. New types of construction of screw conveyors with the extended technological possibilities for transporting, ventilation, mixing, moisturizing and other operations are presented. The analytical dependences for determination of structural, kinematics and technological parameters for the proposed modifications of screw conveyors are given. The presented constructions are defended by declarative patents of useful models of Ukraine.
