Mодель вибору запобіжних муфт гвинтових транспортно-технологічних механізмів машин

Abstract

Виведено аналітичну залежність визначення доцільності встановлення запобіжних муфти у конструкціях різних типів машин і обладнання. Розроблено методику вибору запобіжних муфт гвинтових транспортно-технологічних механізмів машин на базі принципу Паретто з використанням тримірної матриці і поділом їх на групи – на базі вартісних та якісних показників.

Analytical dependence of determination of expedience is shown out establishments preventive of muff in the constructions of different types of machines and equipment. The method of choice of preventive muffs of screw is developed transport – technological mechanisms of machines on the base of principle of Paretto with the use of three-dimensional matrix and by a division them on groups on the base of cost and high-quality indexes.
