Інноваційно-комплексний провайдинг розвитку малих підприємств

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена актуальному питанню останніх років для України – інноваційному розвитку малих підприємств. Проведено огляд теоретичних основ організації комплексного інноваційного розвитку малих підприємницьких формувань, а саме: охарактеризовано етапи їхнього життєвого циклу, проаналізовано інструменти державного регулювання та визначено специфіку їхньої інноваційно-комплексної діяльності. Проведено аналітичну оцінку їхнього розвитку на рівні держави та регіону, встановлено особливості комплексного впровадження інновацій при організації їхньої діяльності. Запропоновано стратегію інноваційно-комплексного провайдингу їхнього розвитку як шлях підвищення ефективності діяльності. Сформовано комплексні показники підвищення інноваційного рівня та удосконалено методичні засади визначення економічної ефективності інноваційно-комплексних підходів. Запропоновано економічний механізм активізації інноваційних процесів у діяльності малих підприємств.

Диссертация посвящена актуальному вопросу последних годов в Украине - инновационному развитию малых предприятий. Проведен обзор теоретических основ организации комплексного развития малых предпринимательских формирований, а именно: охарактеризованы этапы жизненного цикла малых предприятий, проанализированы инструменты государственного регулирования и определена специфика инновационно-комплексной деятельности. Проведена аналитическая оценка их развития на уровне государства и региона, определенны особенности комплексного внедрения инноваций в организации их деятельности. Предложено стратегию инновационно-комплексного провайдинга их развития как способа повышения эффективности деятельности. Сформированны комплексные показатели повышения инновационного уровня и усовершенствованы методические засады определения экономической эффективности инновационно-комплексных подходов. Предложена экономико-математическая модель определения чистого дохода от инновационно-комплексного провайдинга развития малого предприятия.

The thesis is devoted to the important question of the last years for Ukraine - development of small enterprises. The review of theoretical bases of organization of complex-innovative development of the small enterprises is conducted, the stages of their life cycle and also the pecularities of providing this development are characterized. One of the important aspects of determination of future activity’s directions of small enterprises is the research of stages of their development. The stages of small enterprises’ development are analysed from the point of view of theory of life cycles, pre-conditions of their transition are reasonable from one stage to another by an evolutional way with the quality change of the state. The normatively-legal base of functioning of small enterprises is carried out in the conditions of economic reforms. In spite of existence of sufficient normatively-legal base of small enterprises’ functioning, state support of their vital functions comes true with the substantial tearing away of intentions and realities of their application. Small enterprises in Ukraine appeared to work and develop not effectively as a result of reasons of system and nonsystem characters, and also in connection with the negligible quantity of the worked out instruments of small enterprises’ management and practically complete absence of recommendations in relation to their address use. The statistical analysis of the development of small enterprises is conducted in Ukraine, Ternopil area and Ternopil. Development of small enterprises has such a peculiarity as unevenness in such aspects, as rates of increase, regional and branch structure. The strategy of innovative-complex providing of small enterprises’ development as the way of increasing the efficiency of their activity is offered. The essence of the strategy is in different combinations of innovative ways: on first level one way is used, on second level – two of possible innovative ways can be used, on third level – three ways are used and on the last stage, fourth level, the combination of four possible innovative ways are used and that will lead the enterprise to its restructuring. Using this strategy the enterprise will become on the next stage of its life cycle and a small enterprise will become a medium one. Expediency of using the complex-innovative methods as instruments of steady and dynamic development of small enterprises is based on one of the main features of such enterprises – their high adaptivity to the state of market affairs as a result of limit volumes of output and to the different innovations. The changes of the state of market affairs predetermine appearance of new, more advantageous objects of capital investment and mostly induce small enterprises to the complex-innovative providing. Accordingly, the innovative methods of development of small enterprises, such as diversification, specialization, co-operation, franchising, reengineering, restructuring, marketing are analysed in dissertation. Using them as the elements of the innovative-complex providing can provide enterprises with a steady development. For taking into account a factor of time the method of estimation of investments’ efficiency was used. It consists in determination of net profit at the beginning of life cycle. The expediency of using the separately taken direction of innovative-complex providing in the conditions of limited investment resources was calculated. For this purpose the task of the linear programming was used. The economic-mathematic model of determination of net profit was offered also for innovative-complex providing of small enterprises’ development and corresponding calculations were conducted on the example of small enterprise - "Etera-Plast" (Husyatyn). The complex indexes of increasing the innovative level and improvement of methodical principles of economic efficiency determination of innovative-complex approaches are formed. The economic-mathematic model of net profit determination is offered. Realization of innovative-complex providing of small enterprises’ development will allow them to improve their financial indexes and stability, optimize the structure of investment resources, will give an opportunity to conduct the current and perspective planning of their activity on scientific basis.
