| Короткий огляд (реферат): | This course has been designed with the objective of developing clear perception and understanding of the students about the different laws concerning business and labour. This course would enable the students to apply these laws in real life situations.
The course is comprised of the following modules containing different laws confronting the businesses and labour force. Цей курс був розроблений з метою створення чіткого сприйняття і розуміння студентів про різні закони, що стосуються бізнесу і праці. Цей курс дозволить студентам застосовувати ці принципи в реальних життєвих ситуаціях. Курс складається з 11 тем, в яких розглянуто основні питання, з якими стикаються підприємці в процесі ведення бізнесу. Both students and persons actively engaged in business will find simple, understandable explanations of subjects related to business law and the legal environment. An opening chapter discusses the origin and nature of law. Chapters that follow cover contracts in their many forms, negotiable instruments, banking procedures, types of business organization, legal definitions of crimes and torts, the concept of property, environmental law, labor-management relations law, intellectual property and computer law, and much more. |
