dc.description.abstractThe in-service damage in the material for rolls of continuous casting machines is investigated, in particular, the topology of surface cracks is studied, and their statistical analysis is made. Using the results of the microhardness measurements, the structural degradation of the material is evaluated depending on the distance to the roll surface.uk
