| Sammanfattning: | Магістерська робота присвячена питанням формування інноваційної стратегії підприємства світлотехнічної галузі. У роботі досліджено теoретико-концептуальні oснoви стратегічного планування та обґрунтування стратегії забезпечення рoзвитку пiдприємства на інноваційних засадах. Проведено аналіз та дано оцінку виробничо-господарської та фінансової діяльності ТОВ “ОСП Корпорація “Ватра”, представлено SWOT-аналіз та визначено вектори розвитку підприємства. Запропоновано інноваційні напрями розвитку досліджуваного підприємства, обґрунтовано інноваційну стратегію та визначено показники ефективності ініційованих інноваційних проектів технологічного та технічного розвитку підприємства. |
| Beskrivning: | The master’s work is devoted to the issues of formation of the innovation strategy of the lighting industry enterprise. The theoretical and conceptual principles of strategic planning and substantiation of the strategy of ensuring the development of enterprise on an innovative basis are researched in the paper. The analysis and estimation of production, economic and financial activity of LLC “IEA Corporation “Vatra” was given, SWOT-analysis was presented and vectors of enterprise development were determined. The innovative directions of development of the investigated enterprise are proposed, the innovation strategy is substantiated and the indicators of efficiency of the initiated innovative projects of technological and technical development of the enterprise are determined. |
