Аналіз підходів компонування етапів перебування підприємства в кризі та принципів антикризового управління

Abstract

Продовжено дослідження змісту поняття «антикризове управління». Систематизація запропонованих підходів до визначення етапів кризи на підприємстві дозволяє класифікувати їх за спільними ознаками та сформувати авторське бачення. Огляд принципів, на яких базується антикризовий менеджмент, від класиків до сучасних вчених спрямований на поглиблення розуміння сутності антикризового менеджменту. Результатом дослідження цих принципів є запропоновані автором принципи антикризового управління.

The main purpose of this article is to continue research of essence of the "crisis management". The article aims to identify and analyze approaches to composing enterprise's crisis stage and to review the principles underlying the crisis management that formed by the classics and modern management scholars. The result of our analysis of scientific and methodological approaches crisis layout stages at the company is the classification of these approaches on common grounds. Approaches to layout stages were classified by common traits: considering the scale of the crisis, targets of the companies that are threatened, considering the reaction of financial flows and psychological, social, political, structural and technological features of the crisis, depending on the period of the crisis as the stage of life cycle of the enterprise, depending on the features of activity of the enterprise. Author’s vision of flow of crisis life cycle depending on the scale, severity and period of crisis are: latent crisis, public manifestations of crisis, crisis deepening, elimination of crisis. Review of the principles underlying the crisis management from classics to modern scientists aims to deepen the understanding of crisis management. Summarizing the presented approach we offer the following principles of crisis management: action preventiveness and vision, alternative and integrated, preparedness for reaction and adaptability, speed and centralization, rationality and the adequacy, powers of and responsibilities, discipline and control, communication and image. The results of the study are the author's own conclusions transformed into the proposed interpretation of the studied concepts.
